Luella's Catering has celebrated a fifteen-year tradition of providing full-service catered events for weddings, birthdays, retirements, family reunions, and company retreats (to name just a few) at some of the most impressive venues throughout Asheville and Western North Carolina.
At Luella’s, we pride ourselves in our ability to create a catering experience for any setting, from a casual backyard barbecue with on-site smoking and classic Southern decor to a formal, elevated wedding reception with elegant buffets and passed hors-d’oeuvres. No matter where your event falls, Luella’s blends in seamlessly with our surroundings.

Do you offer vegetarian/vegan options?
We do! Our BBQ Tempeh is an absolutely delicious vegetarian/vegan protein option that even our meat-eaters get addicted to. Don’t worry, we have some excellent vegetarian and vegan sides, too.
Do you offer gluten-free options?
We have many items on our menu that use gluten-free ingredients, including all of our proteins and sauces! We designate items as “gluten-safe,” meaning there are no ingredients containing gluten. Keep an eye out for the “GS” label on our menu to see which items are gluten-safe!
Is there anything on your menu that is cooked in peanut oil or contains any nuts in the ingredients?
We do not use peanut oil or nuts of any kind in our recipes.
Are plates and utensils included?
Our disposable, compostable dinnerware is not built into our pricing - if you need it, let us know!
Do you provide cake-cutting services?
We sure do - cake-cutting is included in our full-service package.
Do you provide bartending services?
We do not provide alcoholic beverages for catered events at this time, however we are happy to provide bartending staff at your event!
